Developing a nudging model for food waste prevention using behaviour modelling and life-cycle assessment

Resumo

The objective is to design, through a behaviour modelling approach, a nudging model to help individuals? behavioural change to decrease their impacts by preventing food waste and changing their food consumption behaviour. Saved environmental impacts will be calculated based on the model?s results using a life-cycle assessment. This research will provide critical information to develop future intervention policies to avoid individuals? environmental and social impacts.
