"O objetivo deste projeto de pós-doutoramento é aprofundar os estudos sobre o trabalho nas empresas que operam sob a lógica do trabalho uberizado, onde a relação de trabalho empregador-empregado é mascarada pela intermediação realizada por plataformas digitais. Um novo processo de reestruturação organizacional em que as empresas reconfiguram em larga escala o modelo de produção e, portanto, a organização do trabalho são as denominadas empresas da economia compartilhada, economia “peer-to-peer” ou “digital gig econmy”.

This research project aims to analyze the role, if any, of community knowledge in the teacher education processes of new teachers who will teach at elementary, middle and/or high schools through a systematic observation of the construction of a hybrid space for teacher preparation in Melbourne, in the State of Victoria, in Australia. This construction involves the participation of teacher educators and student teachers from Monash University, schoolteachers who teach in Melbourne, and community leaders from communities where the schools are located.

This project seeks to lay the groundwork for the long-term study of the environmental consequences of climate change on the Coast of São Paulo.
